IMPORTANT – THIS BALI BUSTLE RENTAL AGREEMENT (“TERMS”) TAKES INTO AFFECT ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE
These Terms incorporate by reference the Bali Bustle website terms of use. If any provisions of these Terms conflict with any provisions of the Bali Bustle website terms of use, the conflicting provisions of these Terms apply with respect to the booking of a rental.
Age Restrictions The Site and our rentals will only be rented to those persons who are 18 years of age or older. You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Reservations When you make a selection for a rental booking, we will send you a confirmation of your selection if there’s availability. The confirmation email will specify the location of the accommodation, the lease term, rental rates, and maximum occupancy. You agree to abide by the Rental Rules at the end of these Terms at all times while at the rental and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else you permit at the rental (e.g. any guests of yours) to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the rental. If you have an extra guest over at Bali Bustle requires you to register the extra guest with the reservations department and to pay an extra fee per night. You further agree that Bali Bustle has the right to enter the rental without prior notice for maintenance purposes. Bali Bustle also reserves the right to change the guests’ reserved accommodation for a similar accommodation depending on availability. Reservations are non-transferable.
Minimum/Maximum Stay Policy This location has a minimum stay policy of 5 nights and no maximum stay policy.
Check-in/Check-Out Check-in and check-out times are not flexible . If you’d like to extend your reservation please contact hello@balibustle.com 2 weeks in advance. In the event that you do not check-out in a timely manner and cannot be reached you will be charged for an extra night.
Payment You agree to pay full payment as specified in the confirmation page. Please know we require full payment in order to confirm this reservation. Cash or credit card transactions accepted. In connection with your requested booking, you will be asked to
Termination, Changes and Cancellations Bali Bustle reserves the right to terminate any service at any time. If you violate any of these Terms, Bali Bustle may evict you from the rental. Once we have confirmed your booking for a rental, no cancellations may be made and no refund will be provided except as follows. If you wish to cancel/shorten/change your confirmed reservation for a rental: No refund will be given for cancellations and changes made to the reservation less than 14 days prior to check-in date. Bali Bustle will determine, in its reasonable discretion, how to handle requests for changes or cancellations within 14 days of the check-in date. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel, shorten or change this reservation: No refund will be given for cancellations and changes made to reservations less than 14 days prior to check-in date. All cancellation refunds will incur a 5% processing fee if paid by credit card. If the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the check-in date you will receive a full refund minus the cancellation processing fee.
Pets No pets allowed on the premises without Bali Bustle’s prior authorization.
Noise and Disrupting Activities You and/or your guests and invitees shall not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience other guests of the building, neighbours, Bali Bustle employees or its agents or workmen nor violate any law, nor commit or permit waste or nuisance in or about the premises. Further, You and/or your guests and invitees shall not do or keep anything in or about the premises that will obstruct the public spaces available to other guests. Violating Bali Bustle’s No Noise after 10PM policy, either by you or your guests and invitees, or any activity that interferes with the convenience of other guests, is prohibited.
Legal Activities Bali Bustle has a legal obligation to ensure that all residents act in accordance with all Indonesian government laws and regulations, including but not limited to immigration laws. Be advised that acting in promotion or sales capacity without all relevant documentation, Kitas employment and insurances is illegal under Indonesian law. Bali Bustle has a legal requirement and responsibility to report any breaches to immigration immediately.
SmokingSmoking is prohibited inside the room and in the common areas however, tenants may smoke at the parking lot or their balcony. A penalty of IDR1,000,000 will be imposed per case if we find such activity in the room or common areas.
Insurance We encourage all guests to purchase traveler’s or renter’s insurance. Bali Bustle is not responsible for any material or human loss. You acknowledged that Bali Bustle does not maintain insurance to cover travel expenses, travel accidents, personal property damage or loss caused by fire, theft, rain, water overflow/leakage, acts of GOD, and/or any other causes. You acknowledge and agree that Bali Bustle is not liable for these occurrences. You acknowledged and agree that your own insurance policy shall solely indemnify you for any losses sustained. Your failure to maintain your own policy shall be a complete waiver of your right to seek damages against Bali Bustle for the above stated losses. The parties acknowledge and agree that the premises are not to be considered a security building which would hold Bali Bustle to a higher degree of care.
Prepaid Electricity Residents will have to pay for their own room electricity usage. A manual is prepared in your room on how to pay these. Other options are paying it through our reception or conveniences stores in Bali.
