Once we have confirmed your booking for a rental, no cancellations may be made and no refund will be provided except as follows:
If you wish to cancel/shorten/change your confirmed reservation for a rental: No refund will be given for cancellations and changes made to the reservation less than 14 days prior to check-in date.
Bali Bustle will determine, in its reasonable discretion, how to handle requests for changes or cancellations within 14 days of the check-in date.
